National Automobile Safety

does anyone know this questions.?

. Under the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act, automakers must

A. provide for vehicle registration.
B. build certain safety features into their vehicles.
C. provide low-cost automobile insurance.
D .offer a choice of models to customers.

I’m not familiar with the NTMVSA, but the only answer that makes sense is B (especially since it is a _safety_ act)

States provide for vehicle registration, not auto makers
Auto makers do not provide insurance
Auto makers do usually provide a choice of models, but nothing requires them to do so.
