Is anybody in here really uneducated enough to believe Bush has something to do with gas prices?

Wake up people. Bush doesn’t have a computer in the Oval Office where he punches in the price for Unleaded, Super, and Premium each day. Oil is traded on the WORLD market. China and India (whose population is far more than the US) has finally decided they don’t want to drive rickshaws anymore and now want to own automobiles. It’s simple supply and demand. More people in the world demand it, and the supply has not increased, therefore, the price goes up. And guess what, the US is driving more than ever, consuming more oil than it has in the past. This also drives up demand. I understand that the public schools have failed in this country to teach economics, but this “Bush is responsible for oil prices” is pure ignorance.

Liberals believe not only oil prices, but that Bush has rigged the elctions, the stock market, pulled off a terrorist attack on U.S.soil, and can create hurricanes on a whim. yet they call him stupid…….
