Canadian Automobile Industry History

The automotive industry is a major contributor to the economy of all major producing countries around the world. It not only provides countless opportunities employment, but also has economic impact. The world automobile industry is very diverse and consists of various product segments such as engine parts, drive transmission and steering parts, suspension and brake parts, electrical parts and other automotive components.
Auto industry covers a wide range of vehicles including luxury cars, passenger cars, specialty vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, and off-the-road vehicle manufacturers and distributors of components and accessories for vehicles, car care products and environmental safety equipment, garage and service equipment, molds and dyes, oils and lubricants, petrol vending machines, tires, batteries and electric cars, upholstery and more. The car has allowed the individuals to travel and transport goods farther and faster and has opened wider market areas for business and commerce. The automotive industry has also reduced the overall cost of transportation by using methods such as the production of several at once, rather than one at a time, the sale of products nationally rather than locally and the globalization of production. In the early days of its inception, the present invention had to face many problems. There was set in the real sector and the manufacturing processes involved were slow. With automakers and the basis of car buyers' expansion worldwide, it became the car manufacturing business the world's largest. Now this industry is conducting approximately 58 million new vehicles each year worldwide.
