Why in the world did they choose a Mustang for the New Knight Rider series?

This sucks! I can’t believe they used a Mustang. Everybody doesn’t like Mustangs. I like foreign cars. They should’ve used a Porsche, Ferrari, or even a Lambroghini, a Lotus Exige S240 would’ve been great too even. A Mustang!?!? I guess because I don’t like Ford automobiles, maybe that’s the reason why I hate Mustangs. Anyway, It’s obvious that they’re trying to get the economy back up by repeating old shows from 1980′s to get sales going through Knight Rider stuff to be sold, and it’s more obvious that they’re trying to get the American Manufacturing Cars more publicity so that Americans will continue to buy American because of General Motors declining. This is no more than an Advertisement of Ford, with the Mustang. Get rid of Ford and, bring the Traditional stick shift and clutch back to cars and I’ll buy American again. Until then,….I’m sticking with foreign cars! I hate the new Manual they have, it’s not even a clutch, takes away the fun of having a sports car!

why didn’t they just get a fire-bird…isn’t that what the car was in the series. or was it a camaro? either way they should have gotten one of those.
