Should the automobile dealer share some responsibility for my engine problem?

My vehicle was at the dealership for a water pump replacement. During this process it was discovered that the belt tensioner was rubbing against the timing belt cover and was replaced to alleviate the problem. The odometer reading was 134,000 miles. A few months later at 137,000 miles the engine seized up. According to the dealer a pulley, I am not sure which one, came came loose cutting into the timing belt cover creating a loss of oil and engine seizure. Do I have a case?

MORE INFO!!!! What year, make, model, engine size, country of origin is this car????? They should have replaced the pulley if they replaced the water pump and timing belt. IF they didn’t, they should be responsible. Good Luck!!
