sir, how to manage automobile spares stock inventory in ‘Excel’ sheet?

Learn the “database functions” WELL.
Don’t put anything one one sheet except data. Use separate sheets liberally for reports and queries. Make sure you understand “linking” separate sheets and naming “ranges”.
Make a small database and play with the functions make sure you REALLY understand how they work and what each one does BEFORE you try to set up all your data.
If you think you are ready to start putting your real data in before you’ve redesigned your experiment 3 time, stop, slap yourself in the face and do one more total redesign using what you learned so far.
