From the definition of bulk modulus:
K= -V(dp/dV)
rewrite as: K(dV)/V = dp (I took out the negative because it the negative assumes the pressure is applied on ice, but you want the pressure on the engine block)
In integrated form this becomes:
K(deltaV/V) = deltaP
deltaV/V is the fraction increase in volume, 0.09 (9%)
K is the bulk modulus
deltaP = (2.00E9 Pascals)(0.09)=180,000,000 Pa = 1,800 bars =1780 atmospheres = 26,100 psi (pick whichever you want)
