AM Best ratings downgrades of the group and its members Hingham OLDWICK, NJ —- AM Best Co. has downgraded the financial strength rating to B from B + and the rating creditworthiness of the issuer to "BB" from "BBB-" Hingham group and its members. Hingham consists of Hingham Mutual Fire Insurance Company and its wholly owned subsidiary total, Danbury Insurance Company.
